I purchased a plan. Where is my number?

After purchase, choose a number from the app. If the app does not refresh, force close and reopen it, then check Home again.

Why did an SMS not arrive?

SMS delivery depends on the sender, carrier, country, and third-party service policy. Some apps block virtual or VoIP numbers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions.

How do credits work?

Calls and outgoing SMS use credits. Your current balance and usage appear in the wallet screen.

Can I use this for WhatsApp or Telegram?

We do not guarantee support for any specific third-party app. Use 2ndLine for SMS where supported.

How do I report a bug?

Email support with what happened, your device model, iOS version, and any screenshots or call/message time details.
